It's up to you to let it break you or MAKE you.

Be a BETTER YOU every second day.

When you learn to SMILE when no one is around.

When You start storing your thoughts for creative usage rather than wasting in gossips.

When taking care of your health is your top priority. 

You become a BETTER YOU.


Every day stand in front of the mirror and say this :

I will SHINE. 

No matter how HARD life is. 

It may KNOCK me DOWN.

But it will NEVER KEEP me DOWN.


Follow the Heliotropic effect. :
Stretch your arms towards positivity.
Like a flower bends towards sunlight, you bend towards positivity to flourish.

A regular workout habit is one of such sunshine that you should bend towards in order to stay positive,  active and flourish.

Now,
Stand in front of the mirror and say this : 
I dont feel the need to criticize someone else in order to prove my WORTH.
I am STRONG and SERENE enough to climb my ladder of SUCCESS
