Fitness Training : Dos and Dos and Donts :)

When we look towards Fitness Goal, we need to judge few basic things instead of copying what others are doing:
1. Our Body Type
2. Our Fitness Levels
3. Our Strength Level
4. Our Fitness Goal (Sports, Recreational, Basic)
5. Our Lifestyle
6. Our Daily Routine



Our Workout Routine depends on various reasons:
There is No Universal Rule for workout.
You must opt for the Fitness Routine that suits you the best.
Be it Outdoors, In Gym or Home

You can use the machines and weights with your bodyweight training magically.

CARDIO & STRENGTH:

Treadmills, Cross Trainers and Stationary Cycles can do wonders for you if you use them wisely.

You can make a TREADMILL your best friend, if you learn to use it smartly (walk, brisk walk, jog, sprint)

ELLIPTICAL OR CROSS-TRAINER : are your best friends since they are very easy on joints and helps you do a whole body strength and cardio workouts.

SPINNING: An ideal Legs and Core workout for Cross Training and Cardio. You can do amazing Interval Training through Spinning.

You can combine your bodyweight and Weight Training and that can work wonders for you.

For outdoors, you can opt for RUNNING, JOGGING, WALKING, BRISK WALKING, SPINNING, BODYWEIGHT AND WEIGHT TRAINING, CYCLING

All you need is a Good Trainer and a Will Power to Go On & Do it for YOU....
