How to LOSE BELLY FAT

She must be Crazy…
Yea, I can read their mind…
My client’s mind….
When they come to me to get rid of their Belly Fat and I advise them to focus on their Functional Training (Squats, Lunges, Deadlifts etc.) and Work on their Shoulders and Lower Back….

As a practicing Fitness Trainer, however I do not have a six pack abs but I work towards a STRONG CORE and STRENGTH Focused Body.





Below are some useful Practical Solutions, I advise to lose BELLY FAT:

1.     POSTURE : First of all, work towards a Correct Posture. Sitting, Standing.
A correct Posture makes you look slimmer by almost 1-3 inches.

       2.   Get yourself trained in FUNCTIONAL WORKOUTS. FUNCTIONAL     
             WORKOUTS are the workouts designed to focus on your posture in 
             workouts and in your day to day activities. Few examples of Functional
             Training are: Deadlifts, Squats, Lunges etc.

       3.  Focus on Strengthening your LOWER BACK, SHOULDERS, CHEST and
            workouts for MID TO UPPERBACK.

       4. REVERSE CRUNCHES : one easy and effective workout to focus on your lower abs along with your core.




       5. SITUPS: The abdominal workout that not only focus on working on your  
           abs, bit also
         - build CORE STRENGTH
         - build ABDOMINAL MUSCLES. Which in turn helps in burning more  
        CALORIES and that again in turn helps burning FAT.
        SITUPS à BUILDS ABS MUSCLES à Muscles helps BURNS more CALORIES
        à helps to BURN FAT



People might HATE ME for not making them slog on Abs workouts to lose Belly fat, but I do not believe in Spot Reduction and I believe in a STRONGER SURROUNDINGS for a STRONG Body Part.
