I have picked up this topic as we / all of us - go through some or other kind of stress but we ignore that / oversee that or do not accept it - that we can going through a stress zone.
Why accepting that is important?
how does it impact our lifestyle?
Stress = high Cortisol = poor body metabolic rate = other hormonal imbalance = weight gain.
Why its important to dig it that you are in stress zone. First step is to accept it that you in a stress zone. Second steps is to opt for the right counselling.
Ways to monitor and questions to be asked if you are in STRESS ZONE or not :
1. Are you not resting well?
2. Are you feeling sleepy and fatigued during the day?
3. Do you wake up tired and irritated in morning?
4. Are you training hard – all 7 days a week?
5. Are you spending more working hours at office or at home?
6. Are your eyes itching frequently with high screen time?
7. How many steps do you cover throughout the day?
8. Are you getting disturbed with some thoughts or some events or any person?
9. Is your simple carbs intake (roti/rice/breads/cookies) more? Do you have a habit to eat in extreme emotions (over work, happy, sad, resting)

STRESS AND SLEEP IS CLOSELY RELATED ALSO WE NEED TO MONITOR A SOUND SLEEP WHICH IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN SLEEPING HOURS.
Its very important to first, maintain LOW STRESS levels. HIGH STRESS tends to increase CORTISOL HORMONES in our body that affects our body metabolism and tends to slow it down.
In such case, our body stops responding to the workouts and nutrition out body takes.
•Along with REDUCING / CONTROLLING the Stress levels, its really important that how do we MANAGE it.
•We all go through and face stress in our life. And we cant avoid it as its part of our life.
•So the best way to cope with STRESS is to deal POSITIVELY with it.
•Its very important to stay positive in adverse situations / anxiety and depression.
•We should not allow Negative forces affect us, as our mind becomes more vulnerable in such situations.
•Dealing with stress aka Stress Management is the key towards how strong we feel / act to face the odd or adverse situations in our life.
So what are the POSITIVE and NEGATIVE ways?
There is a THIN LINE between PLEASURE and HAPPINESS.

Whenever we face any crisis, we (most of us) opt the easiest remedies that give us momentary pleasure.
That’s good for short term.
But its not important that all actions that gives us pleasure eventually, in long run, gives us happiness too.

We really need to learn to distinguish between PLEASURE and HAPPINESS.
NEGATIVE way of STRESS MANAGEMENT :
Some people opt to bing eat, have alcohol or smoke a cigarette when they are stressed out.
The feeling they get is the momentary pleasure that satisfies their nerves and helps them to divert their mind from the stress but only for a short duration.
This will not reduce their stress levels but will only suppress it for a short time period. This way they are not targeting the core reason but only suppressing the symptoms.
As when they look back, its giving them sedentary lifestyle and other health related issues.
POSITIVE ways of STRESS MANAGEMENT :
To control this they must control the thoughts they get while opting any stress management path.
•In other case, if a person opts to workout or run or walk or meditate or do any creative stuff as painting, dancing, singing, artwork, he get HEALTH & HAPPINESS by performing that act that is serene.
This happiness actually helps them to cure / reduce the symptoms of stress as when they look back, they feel the positivity of the act and also get positive results out of that act in terms of a healthy body, a good artwork, a well executed dance style or a song.
This is how you can alert your mind to opt for a POSITIVE WAY TO DEAL WITH THE STRESS so that you can keep working on reducing the symptoms.
